Two brand new industrial units in Quedgeley, Gloucester. The units are of steel framed portal construction with a mixture of metal cladding and masonry walls to the exterior. Each building comprises a small fit out to the office and toilet areas with no fit out works to the warehouse areas. The externals involve storm and foul drainage, including on site attenuation for the surface water and rainwater harvesting. Large concrete yards come with a mixture of block paved and tarmac parking areas. We completed all landscaping and fencing as part of the project.
